I just updated the journal with some news that I had some sedate excitement about.
So here, I'll just go nuts, thank you.
I've been paid!!! A-hahahahahaha!!!!!!
Childish? Perhaps. But damn it, I'm a writer. We don't have to be stable.

It's been... one month since I blogged in here....
Yeep. Well, the journal's been updated too.

Three hundred freakin' dollars to move one couch and treadmill, partially disassemble a desk and reassemble it in the new place.
Three hundred freakin' dollars.
No, I don't think we'll do that. Thank you anyhow.
All right, so it's been 21 days. You want I should slit my wrists or what, neh?
Main Journal's been updated here, too. It's got a lot more than this has on what's been going on and why, y'know? I mean, it's not that I don't want to keep these things updated, but I'm busy these days, y'know?
Plus, it's summer. It's sunshine. Go outside. Live a little.

I updated today -- click the "Current Entry" link to see what's going on.
It's a fun day, though I had trouble falling asleep, so I'm a hint tired. But there's a festive spirit in the air as we head towards Graduation, tomorrow.
All right, so a full entry's been delayed. But I am alive, which is bloody nice.

I am alive!
Full entry later if I get the chance! But life is good!

"Dave Trowbridge" is a program participant, with no bio. I'll have to investigate this.
Day one of the Con -- it hasn't started yet, but it's a beautiful hotel. It's also 1 in the afternoon here, regardless of what the "post time" says. I may change my settings to reflect Pacific for a minute or two.

Just to let everyone know, I'm currently in Cincinnati, Ohio! This is my layover between Portland, ME (which started at a truly ugly hour of the morning, and led to a 5:50 flight out) and Salt Lake City, which is the next stop on my adventure to San Francisco!
I'm sitting in "Laptop Lane" ('peace, quiet and a T1 line') in the Cincinnati airport. It's a nice concept and a nice little workstation. I'm looking forward to getting more sleep on the next flight, however.
